Super end-of-season ski sale

TBN is offering a special price for the last ski trip of the 2014-15 season: just $15 for members, or $20 for your non-member friends. Sign up now for Saturday's trip to Highlands Nordic, where the trails are always beautifully groomed.

Almost there

We're just days away from the first scheduled TBN rides of 2015, even though there's still snow on the side of many roads and salty puddles from the grubby, melting snow and ice. The Wednesday Wheelie riders kick things off on March 25 at 10am, and the Sunday Tourist rides will start just days after that, weather permitting. Check the cycling section of the website for details of all the ride programs. You do not have to sign up for rides, simply show up with your membership card.

As the season nears, we're putting out our regular plea for ride leaders and sweeps to make the program work. If you can help, please access your profile on the TBN website and check the box "Ride leader/sweep" in the section "Do you wish to volunteer." Or, email touring@tbn.ca.  It's your club, help make it even better.

More jersey options

Don't forget that we are now offering a vast range of TBN jersey options this year -- sleeveless, long sleeved, vests, jackets, wind vests, wind jackets.
Check the website for the options, and get your order in soon. Remember there is a lead time of 2-3 months to collect orders and then ship the goods. Order your new jacket or jersey here.

TBN in your pocket
It's time to bookmark the new mobile edition of TBN's website, www.tbn.ca/mobile, which provides convenient access to upcoming TBN events. You never need to worry about missing a ride again.

Spring 2015 Quick Release
The new edition of Quick Release is out now and ready for you to print out or read online. This is the first edition from our new volunteer editor, Alex Djukic, and considered opinion is that she has done a lovely job. Take a look, and see what you think. Thanks both to Alex, and to outgoing editor Sharon Chadwick who guided Alex through her first issue. The next issue will come out in Summer.
