Cyclon® is the three-day premier cycle touring event hosted by the Toronto Bicycling Network, one of Canada’s largest recreational cycling clubs.

This year Cyclon will be visiting London, Ontario, a short 2 hour drive from Toronto, and staying on the Western University campus - arrive Friday, August 4th and leave Monday, August 7th, 2023.

Visiting cyclists will be able to enjoy rides along the Thames River, passing through scenic park lands and neighborhoods of different characters. Cruise on country routes to visit many unique communities including Arva, Aylmer, Delaware, Dorchester, Granton, Komoka, Lucan, Mt. Brydges, St. Marys, St. Thomas, and more. Experience the vibrant downtown London with the transformation of Dundas Place. Explore local landmarks such as the Banting House, Blackfriars Bridge, Covent Garden Market, Eldon House, Labatt Park, Museum London, Springbank Gardens, St Peter’s Cathedral, Victoria Park, Western Fair Market in the Forest City.

Rides:

Road riding with various route options:

  • Fabulous, scenic cycling in the London vicinity
  • Distances vary from 30 to 120 km
  • Designed for every level of TBN cyclist
  • Experienced ride leaders and sweeps
  • Sag wagon for rider assistance, if required

Accommodations:

  • You will be in a private bedroom with a shared washroom in a 2-room suite.
  • Three nights lodging in an air conditioned room
