CanBike Training - Bike Handling, Gear Shifting & Safety

An opportunity for free Can Bike training compliments of TBN.

This is a hands-on session covering basic traffic bike handling and traffic dynamics, including: ABCD bike check, straight line cycling, shoulder checking, signalling, gear shifting, emergency stops & more.

Bring bike, lights and lock. Helmets are mandatory. 

This session will be lead by certified cycling instructor Richard Anstett who has over 7 years of experience teaching Can Bike courses with the City of Toronto.

Opportunity to have questions addressed.
