Nutrition:  How to Fuel Up for Long Rides

Join us as Shadan Ashfaie, BSc., R.H.N, explains how to eat to maximize your power and endurance over a long ride.

Just in time for Sunday rides, country cruises, and TBN's biggest weekend challenge, the TNTO (the Toronto-Niagara-Toronto Overnight) or the Hairshirt.  

Shadan will provide meal plans and will address issues of food intolerances for those who have difficulty carb-loading.
