Saturday Morning at Tigchelar Farm
We ride on some of the nicest backroads in Escarpment Country, and then arrive at the park-like Tigchelar Farm Market. This farm market has plenty of outdoor tables and chairs under a canopy of trees. They have coffee made from direct-trade Nicaraguan beans that they roast on-site. They have butter tarts (perennial pleasers), fruit pastries, and scones. They have a story spanning the Netherlands, Canada, and Nicaragua.
