Meet at about 10:00 AM at Christie Station (Line 2, Bloor-Danforth), just inside or outside the main doors, facing Christie Street. We will begin the walk at 10:10 sharp.
We will be walking about 10 Km, and will end up at Rosedale subway station on Line 1 (Yonge-University).
There are washrooms at the start, in Christie Pits. There will be a stop for a coffee/washroom break around the middle, and there will be washrooms and restaurants near the end where we can stop for lunch or a snack.
Along the way will see a few points of interest.
The route will be sidewalks and paved multi-use paths, so please wear shoes or boots appropriate for the weather.
The closest public transit to the start is Christie Station. There are no scheduled outage at this time, but please check https://www.ttc.ca/service-advisories/subway-service#e=0 in case there are any changes.
Points of interest and early exits along the way include:
- 0.0 Km – Christie Station (start of walk)
- 0.4 Km – Christie Pits (washrooms)
- 2.0 Km – Parkette at Bloor and Major
- 2.8 Km – Sidney Smith Hall (washrooms, if open)
- 5.2 Km – Osgoode Station (early exit to subway, Line 1 Yonge-University)
- 6.2 Km – Dundas Station (early exit to subway, Line 1 Yonge-University)
- 6.3 Km – coffee and washroom stop
- 8.2 Km – Bloor and Church (approximately 300 m walk to Bloor-Yonge Station, Line 1 and Line 2)
- 9.1 Km – Rosedale Station (access to subway)
- 9.4 Km – The Quail, A Firkin Pub (lunch stop, washrooms)

We have introduced a 30-Day-Trial membership class which allows "guests" to participate in most activities over the span of a 1-month period, for a fee of $10.
