If you take the Caledon Trailway Path back into Ingelwood - good news - the former gravel approaches to the bridge over Hwy 10 are now PAVED.
We ride from scenic Inglewood in the Caledon Hills for lunch at Graystones Cafe in Orangeville.
Then we leave Orangeville on Heart Lake Rd and experience a 3 km descent from the Escarpment.
Start location: Lloyd Wilson Centennial Arena on McLaughlin Rd in Inglewood.
Routes: RWGPS The 71 and 85 km routes circle Island Lake / Orangeville Reservoir on the Vicki Barron Lakeside Trail (about 6 km of trail, including boardwalks). This lake constitutes the Headwaters of the Credit River. Note the dam at the south side of the lake.
