Meet at about 10:00 AM in the Great Hall of Union Station (not the subway station, but the train station). We usually are near the benches around the north-west corner of the hall but may be somewhere else nearby if there is construction work, etc. Just look for a group of people standing around. We will begin the walk at 10:10 sharp.
We will walk in a loop, back to Union Station, covering a distance of about 10 Km. We will look at some of the Art Deco buildings in downtown Toronto, may see a few other interesting things along the way, and return to the start at Union Station. The exact route will be available shortly.
There will be a coffee stop around the middle of the walk, and there will be several early exits for those who do not want to walk the entire distance. We can visit the Food Court or other establishments at Union Station for a meal or a snack afterwards.
The walk will be entirely on city streets, so please wear shoes or boots appropriate for the weather.
There are no currently scheduled subway outages, but please check https://www.ttc.ca/service-advisories/subway-service#e=0 in case there are any changes.

- 0.0 Km – Union Station (start of walk, washrooms)
- 0.1 Km – Royal York Hotel
- 0.5 Km – Toronto Stock Exchange
- 0.6 Km – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce
- 0.7 KM – Bank of Nova Scotia
- 0.8 Km – Permanent Trust Building
- 0.9 Km – Concourse Building
- 3.5 Km – Carr Hall (access to Queens Park Station at about 4 Km total distance)
- 4.4 Km – Sidney Smith Hall (washrooms)
- 5.0 Km – Tim Hortons (coffee, washrooms, access to TTC at College and Spadina)
- 6.2 Km – The Royal Theatre (access to TTC College St)
- 6.8 Km – (access to TTC Dundas St)
- 7.3 Km – Saints Cyril & Methodius Church
- 7.8 Km – (access to TTC Dundas St)
- 8.7 Km – The Tower Building and The Balfour Building
- 10.2 Km – Union Station (end of walk, washrooms, access to subway, restaurants and food court)
