Hockley Valley Provincial Nature Reserve is located within the rolling moraine landscapes of the Niagara Escarpment which was created by a long process of erosion. This hike takes you through three loops in the Hockley Valley Nature Reserve.
Hockley Valley is very hilly with some rolling sections. A good cardio workout Free parking in Bruce Trail lot located on Hockley Road east of the trailhead.
Distance: 13 km Pace: Moderate (~4 km/hr) Terrain: Moderate - some hills and/or poor footing. Please make sure you bring appropriate footwear including icers or poles if required.
