105 km from Aldershot GO, through Dundas, out on the Brantford rail trail then looping up around some trails at Heart Lake, rolling hills west to Harrisburg, then returning on more of the rail trail. This route is based on the Paris to Ancaster training map, so a fun mix of country roads and mild trails. Suggest at least 40mm tires.
Stopping at the deli in St George half way for refreshments.
GO train leaves Union at 12:17, Exhibition at 12:24, arriving at Aldershot 1:26.
