Sunday Urban Roller - Mimico Creek

Please note: You must register to participate on the ride. Registration is free for TBN members. Non-members are welcome with the online payment of a $10 fee. If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation by Saturday. Attendance will be checked at the start.

We are still under Covid-19 guidelines, so remember to bring and wear your mask in appropriate situations and maintain social distancing. Also, a helmet.

This is an Urban Roller level ride. If you are uncertain whether this level is appropriate to your riding level, click here. For a more nuanced description check this page.

A slightly longer ride for our third outing. This one will take us up to the Eglinton bike path, then down a bit of Mimico Creek and (mostly) quiet streets to a different Tim Hortons for lunch. From there it's over to the Etobicoke Creek trail down to the lake, and back along the Waterfront Trail to the Humber River. Then back up the Humber to the start.

Meet at  Etienne Brule Park for a 10 am start.

The parking lot at Brule is still partially occupied by construction so if the lot is full you may need to use the parking lot of Kings Mill Park, just back across the bridge over the Humber and on the south side.

The Ride with GPS map for the route is linked below, as well as a simplified cue sheet. The RwGPS auto-generated cuesheet has not been checked, but the linked cue sheet has been optimised for Sunday Urban Rollers.

If a ride is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances a cancellation notice will be posted around 8 am on Sunday morning. Please check before leaving for the ride.

See you Sunday
