Our start location is Fairview Mall, which is located at the Don Mills Subway Station at the end of the Sheppard line. We meet at 10:00 am on the north side of the mall, at the food court on the lower level. If you have trouble finding us, please call 416-570-9531. We will begin the walk at 10:10 sharp.
Washrooms and refreshments are available in the mall. While there are no specific additional locations for these amenities en route, there are slight detours we can take at a couple of spots along the way if necessary; these will add 1.5 - 2 km to the walk.
We will tread on residential streets, main streets, and through parkland, exploring the history of the area. Distance is 8.1 km. This walk ends at Fairview Mall just in time for lunch.
No scheduled subway outages have been posted yet, but please check https://www.ttc.ca/service-advisories/subway-service#e=0 in case there are any changes.
The exact route will differ from the previous time this walk was run (last spring) because of construction.

If the walk is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, notice of the cancellation will be posted on the website around 8 am on the day of the walk. Please check before leaving for the walk.
