This ride starting at 9 AM from the Burlington GO station is for riders who enjoy TBN's Urban Roller (*) pace. You will catch the last GO train back to Burlington, departs from Niagara Falls at 9:10 pm; or take the bus back - busses leave on the hour.
The pancake flat route will be along the waterfront trail to Niagara on the Lake, stopping at Grand Oak for lunch.
