This is a well established route that takes us through the well established neighbourhoods of Toronto: Forest Hill, Bridle Path, Leaside, and Rosedale. A somewhat challenging hill climb up Poplar Plains Road is rewarded later on with a long descent down Mount Pleasant Road. If you ever wanted to explore your bike's top speed ability, this is your chance. Start: Castle Frank subway station, east entrance. Time: 6:30 PM to about 8:30 PM End: Castle Frank subway station, east entrance. Pace: 20km/h to 25km/h Distance: 31km

Always bring a helmet & a spare inner tube. Also, depending upon the time of the year, it may be dark for part of this ride, or while you are riding home, so have working front & rear lights. It also may be quite chilly, so bring some warm clothes.
Check the website 2 hours before the ride for last minute info. in case the ride may be rescheduled or cancelled (e.g. bad weather). More on FNR and upcoming rides.
