An extra Sunday Leisure Wheeler Ride: Because the City Walk had to be cancelled and the weather looks good for this Sunday, Sheena has offered to lead a ride from High Park to Sadington Park in Port Credit
There is no parking in High Park If you wish to drive, there is usually parking available on High Park Ave., south of Annette St. Please allow extra time for parking, unloading your bike and riding to the meeting place just south of Bloor St. where Colborne Lodge Dr. meets West Rd.
Remember: Have your tires fully inflated, wear your helmet and bring a spare inner tube for YOUR bike.
Arrive at 9:45 AM, 15 minutes before the start of the ride so that you will not keep your group waiting- (Allow for TTC delay, parking problems, getting your bike ready, using the washroom, etc.)
This is a Yo-yo ride: We return on the same route we rode out. Bring lunch to eat in Saddington Park or buy something from Starbucks or a restaurant in Port Credit. Let's have a look at the new restaurant in High Park near the end of the ride.
Start: Meet near the entrance to High Park- SW corner of Bloor St. and Colborne Lodge Dr. (where it meets West Rd.) There is a washroom nearby.
