Ravine Ride: Diagonal Lines-Banting Park (Sheppard WEST Subway Station) - to Old Mill (We have a leader!)

This ride will be open for registration for 7 days beginning on the Wednesday (Sept.14 ) before the event. 

Remember: Have your tires fully inflated, wear your helmet and bring a spare inner tube for YOUR bike.

If the ride needs to be cancelled because of inclement weather, notice of cancellation will appear after 8:30 AM

one-way route, downhill overall. Some areas are industrial, but the extensive Humber Valley is beautiful. In order to avoid construction some detours from cycle paths to roads will be necessary.

Arrive at 10:15 AM, 15 minutes before the start of the ride so that you will not keep your group waiting- (Allow for TTC delay, parking problems, getting your bike ready, using the washroom, etc.)

Start: 10:30 a.m. Entrance to Banting Park, opposite intersection of Banting Avenue and Embro Drive.

Banting Park is south of Sheppard Avenue and one block east of Sheppard West subway station. There is a fire station at the corner of Sheppard Ave. and Banting Ave. From Sheppard and Banting ride south on Banting to Embro.

If you go east from the passenger pick-up at Sheppard WEST Station, there is a footpath into the park.
