Traffic Note: A few things to consider if you are driving or riding to the start. The Indy has closed Lakeshore at the CNE. Traffic might be heavier on the Gardiner as a result. The Big on Bloor festival has closed Bloor to cars between Dufferin and Lansdowne. You can probably get through on a bike though. Lastly, High Park is closed to vehicle traffic on weekends, so you'll need to park nearby and ride to the start. In all cases, leave a bit of extra time to get to the Grenadier Restaurant
The ride starts from the parking lot at the Grenadier Restaurant in High Park (about 1km south of the Bloor St entrance). The route weaves its way across town to the Beltway and down to the Brickworks and returns via the Lakeshore trail to High Park. About 45kms- should finish about 1 to1:30pm.
