Our Ride Leaders Workshop has gone virtual. We will be running our workshop this year again via Zoom. The event will be conducted in two sections.

Agenda:

6:00 - 6:45 - Open Forum - We are looking for ride leaders to talk about their experiences leading rides last year. We are interested in your opinions on what things went right and what things went wrong, and for any new ideas to try in the TBN touring calendar. If you are attending this section only, please register for the event using the "Open Forum Only" option.

7:00 - 8:30 - Workshop - In order to keep things organized we are limiting this part of the event to 20 people. Please use the "Workshop" registration option to enroll for this section of the evening. Please feel free to join the earlier Open Forum section. We will cover everything from city rides, country rides and overnight trips. To get a head start on this workshop access the ride leaders documents under the members tab. Please read the Ride Leaders Handbook in preparation for the meeting.

• Planning and checking out the ride you will lead. We will deal with overnight trips as well.

• What to bring and organize  at the start of the ride.

• Organizing the group on the road depending on the program.
