You MUST register in order to participate. If you need to cancel your registration try to do so by noon the day before the ride. If registration is full check back regularly for possible cancellations.
Remember: mask, hand sanitizer, and spare inner tube for YOUR bike.
If the ride needs to be cancelled because of inclement weather, notice of cancellation will appear after 8:30 AM
A one-way route, downhill overall. Some areas are industrial, but the extensive Humber Valley is beautiful. In order to avoid construction some detours from cycle paths to roads will be necessary.

Entrance to Banting Park, opposite intersection of Banting Avenue and Embro Drive.
Banting Park is south of Sheppard Avenue and one block east of Sheppard West subway station. There is a fire station at the corner of Sheppard Ave. and Banting Ave. From Sheppard and Banting ride south on Banting to Embro.
If you go east from the passenger pick-up at Sheppard WEST Station, there is a footpath into the park.
