A one-way route, downhill overall. Some areas are industrial, but the extensive Humber Valley is beautiful.
Meet at the entrance to Banting Park, opposite intersection of Banting Avenue and Embro Drive.
Banting Park is south of Sheppard Avenue and one block east of Sheppard West subway station. There is a fire station at the corner of Sheppard Ave. and Banting Ave. From Sheppard and Banting ride south on Banting to Embro.
If you go east from the passenger pick-up at Sheppard Station, there is a footpath into the park.
