Unionville 2019

New this Year: Guest riders (non-members) will need to register online before the ride. Registration is free as part of Bike Month (June). Just follow this link to the registration page. Please bring the confirmation email you will receive to show to the leader, either in printed form or on your phone.

Since the last attempt at this ride was rained out partway through, we are offering it again. Now with added Fall colour!

This is a new version of the Unionville ride that takes advantage of the newly extended Rouge Trail system in Markham. Some parts of this have never been used on TBN rides before. Sections of the route are alongside the upper Rouge River and are quite bucolic. Sylvan even.

About 8 kms of the trail is gravel, but almost all of it is hard-packed limestone screenings (the small stuff) so should be navigable to most bikes.

Meet for a 10 am departure from the parking lot of the Victoria Park subway station, one block north of Danforth Avenue. Please remember to bring your TBN membership and a helmet.
