Meet at 10:00 AM at the Tim Hortons (4986 Yonge St) near North York Centre subway station on the west side of Yonge St .
Mike will lead us on a walk around Willowdale, visiting some historic locations. The walk will be about 13 Km. There will be one or two coffee/bathroom breaks, and some early drop-out points to the bus on Yonge St.

The walk will be entirely on city streets or paved paths, so street shoes or boots suitable for the weather conditions would be appropriate. The walk will end at Finch station.
Note there is now a subway closure scheduled for Sunday, in case this affects your travel plans. There will be no subway service on Line 1 between Lawrence and Bloor-Yonge stations on Sunday, October 27 for Automatic Train Control signal system installation. Shuttle buses will operate. Please check https://www.ttc.ca/Service_Advisories/Subway_closures/index.jsp for any changes.
Non-members are welcome. They will be asked to sign the waiver form and will be charged the $5 non-member fee, either on-line in advance (Register here) or via paper form at the walk start.
