Guest riders (non-members) can join the Kickoff Breakfast and Rides for free this year. Just follow this link to the free non-member registration form. Please bring the confirmation email to the ride to show to the leader, either in printed form or on your phone.

The ride is from Martin Goodman Trail (Sir Casimir Gzowski Park) to Port Credit for a coffee/washroom break. We'll use the Lakeshore Trail west out of Toronto into Mississauga – it's mostly paths and quiet residential streets, returning by a slightly different route.

Meet at the Kick-Off Breakfast in the Sir Casimir Gzowski Park on the Martin Goodman Trail, next to Royal Burger. This ride will start about 10:30AM.

Helmets are mandatory on all TBN rides. Members, remember to bring your TBN membership card.
