Join TBN and Fred Yagi to Learn the ‘Basics’ Hydration and Nutrition for Day Trip Cycling.

Spend an evening with Fred, a TBN member and health coach, consultant, medical researcher who understands the importance of hydration/nutrition.

The objective of this seminar is to provide enough information to address one’s basic hydration and nutrition needs for any given day ride.  Everyone is different based on their genetic make-up and pre-ride health.

The ‘Basics’ will give you the information you need to determine your own specific requirements on any given day ride.

Topics include:  dehydation and  overhydration, hydration/nutrition before, during and after a ride , why and when of water, electrolyte and protein intake,  some tips for emergency recovery.  Fred will also review energy products and vegetarian requirements, where time permits.

This is an updated version of the session from last year.

Tuesday April 17th from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Northern District Library, Room 224

40 Orchard Blvd
