Base fee:

Non-Member base package (1 person per bedroom) – $345.00
If it makes sense for you, joining TBN for the year will save you $40 on the Cyclon rate.
To do this, join TBN first, then log in as a member to get the lower rate.
TBN Member base package (1 person per bedroom) – $305.00

Cyclon Registration is closed for 2017

Cyclon^® is the three-day premier cycle touring event hosted by the Toronto Bicycling Network, one of Canada’s largest recreational cycling clubs. Don’t miss this event! There are only 200 places available.

Cyclon will be in Kingston this year, at Queen's University on the August Civic Holiday long weekend from August 4^th to August 7^th, 2017 (Fri to Mon).

You will love the:

Kingston waterfront and downtown district
Great riding with routes available to suit your level of cycling
Historic landmarks and heritage buildings; as Canada celebrates it's 150^th anniversary there are a number of special events in Kingston this year
Friday night reception and ice-breaker with pizza and snacks
Easy on-line registration
Residence with a courtyard as our backyard
Fabulous Sunday banquet followed by a DJ hosted dance
Information package with route maps
Post-ride socials on Saturday and Sunday with snacks

Accommodations:

You will be in a private bedroom (double bed), with a shared washroom in between the two rooms that make up a suite.
Three nights lodging in an air conditioned room
Additional Thursday and Monday nights are available for those who want to extend their weekend ($52/pp/pn)
Bikes are allowed in the suite
If you would like a fridge in your room, there is an option to stay in another residence close by for an additional $18. You will need to pay for this option by clicking on the "Room with a fridge option - Cyclon 2017" on the Cyclon page.
A Thursday and Monday night extended stay can be in these rooms for an extra $6 ($58/pp/pn)

Options:

3 breakfasts with both hot and cold items ($34)
Extra Thursday and Monday evening accommodation ($52/pp/pn - with fridge in another residence $58/pp/pn)

Parking is at the campus municipal lot, close to the residence. It is free from Friday at 4:30 pm until Tuesday at 7:30 am, otherwise it is $14 per day or $1.25 per half hour.
