Once again the Tulip Inn near Huntsville will be our après ski HQ for the Arrowhead Ski & Snowshoe Extravaganza. Enjoy various levels and lengths of ski, snowshoe and hiking trails and then warm up by the fireplace in the Tulip Inn Chalet with some complimentary mulled apple cider. There will be a potluck dinner on Saturday night in the main dining room (back by popular demand), a welcome social on Friday night with snacks and refreshments in the chalet.

The cost this year is $190 per person for TBN members, $210 for non-members. The price includes 2 nights' shared accommodation, daily ski ticket, and full breakfast, plus "make and take" lunches. 

Register early, as after January 1 the Tulip Inn will begin selling rooms to other customers. Registration will be closed after January 25, 2017, 5 pm.

Cancellation policy: If a group of 12 people is not achieved, the trip will be cancelled and all costs reimbursed. If you need to cancel your registration, you will receive a refund (minus an administrative fee of 10%) if there is a waiting list. Otherwise, it is up to you to sell your spot to someone who can occupy the room. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: If TBN cancels the trip, you are entitled to a full refund. If you need to cancel your registration, and there is a person of the same sex on the waiting list, you will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of 10%. Otherwise, it is up to you to sell your spot to someone who can occupy the room.

Registration opens Wednesday November 9, 2016 for TBN members and Wednesday November 23 for non-members.
