The final TBN spinning session for this season at the Adelaide Club. It’s a perfect time to get ready for the road with cyclist and personal trainer Kimchan Ramrattan.
Come out and join us at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday at the Adelaide Club. Single class fee $15 if you didn't already sign up for the four-week package. Location: The Adelaide Club entrance is on the lower-level of First Canadian Place, west of Bay Street on Adelaide Street, and behind the northern escalators near the Adelaide Street exit. The first time you arrive for a class allow some extra time to find it.
The Adelaide Club owns upwards of twenty-five spin bikes which are discreetly located on a well-ventilated upper mezzanine. Access to full shower, whirlpool, sauna and change facilities are included in the cost.
