Enjoy the fall colours on the Thanksgiving long weekend in lovely Prince Edward County. We will be based at Jackson's Falls Country Inn, a true country inn in the small village of Milford, surrounded by the natural beauty of “the County” and all it has to offer: wineries, boutiques, art studios, great restaurants and the famous Sandbanks Provincial Park. There are a variety of quiet country routes to cycle.

Note: You must be registered to participate in this trip. It is not designed for day riders.

Features of Jackson's Falls Country Inn:

Located on a quiet country road
Historic school house serving as gathering room, dining room, lounge/bar with gas woodstove and original school house decor
Large guest rooms.
Fully licensed, or bring your own wine and pay a $5 corkage fee
Locked garage and work bench for cyclists repair and storage
Bonfires on request
On-site restaurant with its own chef, focused on serving foods from within a 10 mile radius

*** The demand for this popular Inn is extremely high, so we encourage you to register early. Your early registration will enable us to to secure the entire Inn for our group, 18 people max.

*** Please note that a friendly dog is resident in the main building of the inn. If you have allergies or are concerned about this, please let the trip organizer know -- it may be possible to arrange for accommodation in a separate building.

Price includes:

3 nights lodging at Jackson's Falls Country Inn
3 full breakfasts
Maps for carefully planned routes of Tourist/Advanced Urban Roller standard.
Route options are 60km or 80km, on moderately flat terrain. The shorter routes will have a leader, with regrouping as/when needed.

Accommodations are primarily double occupancy rooms. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Meals:

full breakfast at the inn is included
optional group dinner at a local restaurant on Friday
possible group wine tasting event on Saturday at a local winery (if enough people are interested)
optional group Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday at Jackson's Falls Country Inn (pre-register)

Car-pool:

To seek or offer a ride to the event please use the handy TBN car-pool forum. We will not arrange carpooling, but we will try to help in the process.

Price

$370 per person for TBN members (double occupancy)
$390 per person for TBN non-members (double occupancy)
$535 per person for TBN members (single occupancy, only two rooms available)
$555 per person for TBN non-members (single occupancy)
$50 per person for an optional Thanksgiving dinner (including tax and tip)

Cancellation policy:

If a group of 12 people is not achieved before August 4, 2016, the trip will be cancelled and all costs reimbursed.
If you need to cancel your registration, you may receive a refund (minus an administrative fee of 10%) if there is an individual of the same gender who can occupy the room. This person (member or non-member) could be on a waiting list. Otherwise, it is up to you to sell your spot.
You might wish to purchase insurance for medical/emergency cancelation.

This trip is limited to a maximum of 18 people (including 1 trip leader) so register early to reserve a spot. When you register you will receive a confirmation email. An email containing extra trip information will be sent closer to the event date.
