This is the second in a series of four spinning classes.
These once weekly classes are an hour long, starting at 6:35 p.m. on Wednesday nights.
The Adelaide Club entrance is on the lower-level of First Canadian Place, west of Bay on Adelaide Street, behind the northern escalators near the Adelaide Street exit. The first time you arrive for a class allow some extra time to find it.
The Adelaide Club owns upwards of twenty-five spin bikes which are discreetly located on a well-ventilated upper mezzanine. Access to full shower, whirlpool, sauna and change facilities are included in the cost.
To take advantage of this offer you must be a TBN member.
The cost is $50 plus H.S.T. for 4 classes. Individual classes are $15.00.
