Spinning
TBN has weekly spinning classes specially structured to get you ready for the road – and to keep you fit in the off-season.
This week’s class is the final session in the current series of eight. Next week is a “make up class” for TBNers who were signed up for a class that was cancelled in December. Anyone can still join tonight and/or next week and pay for a single class. The next session starts February 6.
Come out and join us for a great training session!
Personal trainer and cyclist Kimchan Ramrattan holds these classes at 6:35 on Wednesday nights at the Adelaide Club.
The Adelaide Club entrance is on the lower-level of First Canadian Place, west of Bay on Adelaide Street, behind the northern escalators near the Adelaide Street exit. The first time you arrive for a class allow some extra time to find it.
The club has about twenty-five spin bikes on the well-ventilated upper mezzanine. Access to full shower, whirlpool, sauna and change facilities are included in the cost.
To take advantage of this offer. you must be a TBN member.
The cost is $90 plus H.S.T. for 8 classes. People wanting to join after the fourth class of an eight-week session in progress will pay $50 for the remaining for classes. Individual classes are $15.00.
