Weekly spinning classes for TBNers at the Adelaide Club resume November 4 with our fantastic new coach, master spinning instructor and competitive cyclist Carmen Diges.
Come out and join us at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday at the Adelaide Club. These sessions are for TBN members only; the eight weeks cost $90 plus HST; the fee includes access to shower facilities, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. The Adelaide Club entrance is on the lower-level of First Canadian Place, west of Bay on Adelaide Street, behind the northern escalators near the Adelaide Street exit. The first time you arrive for a class allow some extra time to find it.
