IT'S BACK - MARK YOUR CALENDAR - SAT. NOV 4TH, 6 PM!!!

After a prolonged COVID break it's time to dust off the dancing shoes and come celebrate another great TBN year with cycling friends, old and new, at our Annual General Meeting, Dinner and Dance. Come out for a lovely social night and participate in our AGM and elect new Social & Communications Directors to our Board. This is also an excellent opportunity to recognize the efforts of those leaving the Board as well as all of our volunteers who have assisted in making this such a successful year.

Schedule:

6:00 pm Reception with cash bar
6:30 pm Meeting & Board of Director Elections
7:00 pm Sit down dinner w/GF/vegetarian options
8:45 pm DJ dance

MENU: (Waited Service)

All meals come with a Dinner Roll & Butter, Tossed Mixed Green Salad, (may substituted on a case by case basis - ask your server), Roasted Potatoes, Sautéed Mixed Veggies and dessert will be assorted pastries AND assorted fruit (when registering, let us know if you require a gluten free option) and tea, coffee and water - Cash Bar.

Roast Prime Rib of Beef au Jus (GF)
Atlantic Salmon Filet with Lemon/Dill Sauce (GF)
Chicken with Cream/Wine/Mushroom Sauce
Fettuccine Primavera (GF/Vegan)

Members (and their guests): $40, Non-members (and their guests) $50
