Sunday Urban Roller - Unionville
Please note: You must register to participate on the ride. Registration is free for TBN members. Non-members can now purchase a 30 day trial membership for $15 here and then can register for the ride. If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation by Saturday. Attendance will be checked at the start. If you register after 8 am on the day of the ride bring a copy of the confirmation email, either printed or electronic, to show to the ride leader.

NOTE: The start point was changed last year due to the permanent closure of the Victoria Park TTC parking lot for condo construction. The RwGPS map does not reflect this change.
For this favourite TBN ride we will be heading up to the Unionville area to try the upper Rouge River trail, then return on a long, almost uninterrupted, run down Pharmacy Avenue. Given the 62 km length and longer stretches, not recommended for a first ride of the season. Parts of the Rouge trail are hard packed limestone screenings rather than pavement but should be managable for most bikes. This section is about 8 kms in length.
Lunch is at Tim Hortons near the halfway point . You may still wish to bring your own lunch and snacks to avoid lineups and contact.
Meet for a 10 am departure from the parking lot of Shoppers World, located on the SW corner of Victoria Park Avenue and Danforth Avenue.
If the ride is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, notice of the cancellation will be posted on the website around 8 am Sunday. Please check before leaving for the ride.
