Avoid!
Read about this place on tbn.ca and thought I'd check it out when it came time to buy a new bike. The guy couldn't have been less interested in helping me! He treated me like an annoyance to his busy day (his coffee machine was broken). In a neighbourhood with lots of independant bike stores, you'd think customer service is how one would attract cutomers...what a dick!
I agree with Ess-Dubya on
I agree with Ess-Dubya on this one. I went to this store to look for a new commuter and he gave me crap for using the bike rack outside of his store to lock my bike to so that I can look for a new bike. The whole time I was in there, he was making nasty comments to me, which I ignored and eventually just left. At the time I couldn't figure out why this guy was so nasty, because that is no way to try and win customers. I have never gone back and I ride passed that store on numerous occasions. It amazes me this guy is still in business.
