Set Me Free (Little Italy)

July 2011 Worst bike shop Ive ever been to, went in with a broken back axle, he tried to fix the axle and was to inept to, then he threw on a full new back wheel with the cassette that can with the news wheel, it only had six gears whereas the original had 8, i got it back from them and fell of the bike on yonge street cos the idiots hadn't even fixed the derailleur to make sure the chain didn't go into the gap left by the newly vacant gears on the cassette, I went back in and fumed at the guy behind the counter that whoever worked on my bike obviously was not a qualified bike mechanic, as he had just thrown this rubbish new cassette onto the bike without even adjusting anything else and that I had nearly killed myself on it, he then lied and tried to tell me it was the original cassette just a new wheel, total fabrication, i had to get the manager of the company to ring me and he confirmed the botch job that this so called mechanic had done and he promised he would give me another 7 gear cassette as they had lost my 8 gear one in the bin somewhere, when after a week in the shop I went back to collect my bike I found that they had dented my front derailleur through more idiocy, I had to get a hammer to bend it back into shape so as i could me use of the first two cogs on it, stay away from set me free on college, little Italy as it is the worst Ive ever seen, they are negligent and just in it for quick cash, the bike is still not right, i have been on bikes all my life and never seen anything klike this!!
