worst bike shop in Toronto: stay away
I would rate these guys with no stars. Awful service, rude, late, unreliable, bad workmanship etc... I bought a bike from here and they did not even tune it before I left the store, nor did they even bother to tighten the screws on the various parts and new lights which fell off. After that I went back for my 'free tune up' which was a hard sell rip off. Not only were the pushing things I did not need, they did not get the bike done in almost a week. (How long should it take to tune a bike?). After that they basically made it out that it was my fault they had not done the work. ?!??! I still have not got my bike back.... MAXIMUM INCONVENIENCE AND A RIP OFF. The rude owner could not even apologize. Go somewhere else!
