Cycling jerseys are specifically made to offer the rider optimum comfort on a ride. The TBN jersey was designed by club members who felt something was missing with your typical off the shelf jersey. Our members wanted something vibrant that would say you're a TBN member. The design was created by club member Ginger Lee and voted on by the membership. Her design is subtle, but says you're a TBN member. There's a Canadian flag on the collar to show your patriotism when you travel abroad.
Not only does the jersey look good, but it contains many technical features not found on typical cycling jerseys. Here's what you will find on the TBN jersey:
- Relaxed Fit Sizing: The jersey cut is a relaxed fit in both men's and women's sizes. It is made slightly larger than a typical cycling jersey and is sure to fit even the most demanding of body shapes.
- Hydra 2 Wicking Material: This material is designed to wick moisture away from your skin and keep you dry.
- 19" Hidden Zipper: A nice long 19" hidden zipper makes slipping on the jersey easy. It also comes in handy when you want to cool yourself off riding a nasty climb.
- 3 back pockets: You can't have enough pockets to put your stuff in when you ride. The 3 pockets provide generous space to store snacks, maps and other cycling gear when you ride.
- Hidden zippered pocket: A request by many cyclists is a safe place to keep their keys, money or ID. The TBN jersey has a zippered pocket to keep those important items secure while your riding along.
- Reflective Material: Reflective material has been added to the back of the jersey, making the cyclist more visible in early evening or late hours.

I hope the membership enjoys the new jersey for years to come. We tried our best to provide a fresh new design and incorporated many features that cyclists would appreciate when travelling the roads.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank jersey committee members Arija Berzitis, Brenda Dukovac, Peggy McFarland, Arne Oslinger and Barry Pinsky, David Belford and Ginger Lee. All of these people helped make the new jersey possible. If you know any of these people, the next time you see them thank them for their hard work and effort.
Thanks to everyone for your help and enjoy!
Sincerely,
Loreto Manni
Jersey Committee Chairman
