That thing is a hazard: -

That thing is a hazard:

- there is no reasonable access for people with disabilities
- the ice and snow are not cleared from the path
- the ice and snow are not cleared from the stairways leading to the path
- there is a lot of loitering and crime late and night
- the path is not ever patrolled by the great members of the Toronto Police "Service"
- the exit at Sterling road is very dangerous

This is an ok start but the city had better apply a proper design to such projects and commit to maintaining the assets we have.
