I just want to let you know about a great site called World Cross Country Fitness Challenge. It is located a www.c2cfit.com
It challenges all participants to either run, walk, swim, cycle, row, ski, skate, rollerblade or wheelchair their way across the country and then the world without leaving home.
So when you do any of the above mentioned activities log it in at c2cfit and watch as you gradually click your way across the country.
What can you do at this website?
- Log your distance that you ride each day.
- Keep track of your workout log
