Time to get geared up for winter!
I'm planning on commuting to work as long as possible this winter and need to replace my ratty booties that never really provided much warmth anyway. Anyone have any suggestions or have such things I can buy from them?
You can contact me at leopo@fensidedata.ca for a faster response...
thanks

Check out this link. http://www.mec.ca/AST/ShopMEC/Cycling/ShoeCovers.jsp
I purchased MEC Cycling Shoe Covers for $29 and used them for yesterdays rainy commute
and my feet were dry. I usually cycle through the winter with regular winter boots and I think with the
addition of the shoes you should be fine. If you decide to purchase this product just make sure that you
pick out a size up from your regular shoe size for a proper fit and especially with boots. What kind of tires
do you run in the winter. I'm thinking of studded tires but worried about riding them on dry pavement.
Hope this helps.
