Motobecane Interclub touring tandem for sale. It is a bike my wife and I toured with in the late 80's and 1990's, including across Canada with the Tour du Canada, but my wife is no longer able to ride.
The tandem is rigged for long distance touring, with 15 speeds (originally had 10), fenders, rear racks, front low-rider racks, computer, halogen lighting system, double water bottles, etc. and the rear frame has been stiffened with an added top tube The size is 22" (56 cm) front and 20" (51 cm)rear and the rear seat tube has been shortened to 18.5" to accommodate a short-legged stoker (my wife is only 5'-0" tall). Also it comes with a spare rear wheel (the original rear wheel was upgraded to one with a Maxicar hub). And I can also supply a mount for carrying the tandem on cartop racks.
