used road bike wanted-small frame

Hi
I am looking for a small frame (18-20 inches) road bike in good condition.

I am just starting out, so would prefer a reasonable price.
(After I ride for a couple of seasons and learn more about bikes and cycling I plan to
invest in a more expensive bike.)
