Take QEW west, exit to Highway 6N, take York Rd. exit towards Plains Rd., turn left onto Old York Rd. turn left on Snake Rd. Continue north on Snake Rd. to the Grindstone Creek roadside parking area.

With a short drive west of Toronto,near Waterdown, we will hike beside Grindstone Creek and along the Bruce Trail to the Great Falls (Grindstone Falls). The terrain is rocky with some steep climbs and decents. (Driving on Snake Rd. to the parking lot itself is almost as much fun as the hike). No Fees for the parking lot.
